Most people's inner world is a jumble of thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Yoga Therapy uses the wisdom of the body to find the calm in the middle of the storm, acceptance, and ultimately transformation.
This can change a jumbled-up inner world into a place of inner peace and clarity. This 8-week course is a journey though the body to live intentionally, with more peace and more joy.
Using movement, mindfulness practices, meditation and facilitated inquiry, this program offers you the tools to change old ways of being that no longer serve you.
Over the course, you and a small group of women will be guided to connect with the wisdom from the deepest part of your being. You will be supported by a small community who will offer you their deepest listening.
